MuniMae Schedule K-1 Announcement

2012 tax packages, including the Schedule K-1, are available online as of March 15, 2013. Shareholders will be able to download a copy of their Schedule K-1 for 2012 through our website (www.munimae.com, under "Investor Relations", then "Tax Information & Shareholder Services" and clicking the "MuniMae Tax Package Support Website" link). The direct link to the MuniMae Tax Package Support Website is as follows: www.taxpackagesupport.com/munimae 

Please note: You may sign up for email notification of when your Schedule K-1 is ready through the Tax Package Support link provided above.  You will need an email account to proceed with setting up the notification.  In addition, you may choose to "go paperless" for future filings; please go to the tax package support website to register and get more information.

Additionally, the Company will begin mailing the 2012 tax packages on, or about, March 15, 2013. For additional assistance obtaining your tax package, shareholders can contact our Tax Package Support Center at 1-800-575-9948. The Tax Package Support Center can email or fax current and prior years’ tax packages directly to you, or to your tax advisor upon your request.
